You are responsible for entering the correct email address at checkout. If you enter the wrong email address or cannot access your files, please contact us at hello.kindlywired@gmail.com so we can help.

Large files may take longer to download depending on your internet connection and device.

By purchasing a Kindly Wired digital product, you receive access for personal use only.

You may download, save, and print the files for your own personal use.

You may not resell, share, copy, redistribute, upload, publish, give away, or make the files available for others to access.

You may not claim Kindly Wired products, illustrations, wording, designs, or files as your own.

SECTION 5 — ORDERS AND PAYMENT

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when payment is processed and the order is confirmed.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Because our products are delivered digitally, we may be unable to cancel an order after the download link has been sent.

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated. Taxes, if applicable, will be shown at checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment information.

SECTION 6 — REFUNDS

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.

Because Kindly Wired products are digital downloads delivered electronically, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the product is no longer needed after receiving access to the files.

If you have trouble accessing your files, downloading the bundle, opening the ZIP file, or if you receive the wrong file, please contact us at hello.kindlywired@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
