Kindly Wired products are digital downloads. Because our files are delivered electronically after purchase, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, or if you decide the product is no longer needed after receiving access to the files.
If you have trouble accessing your files, downloading the bundle, opening the ZIP file, or if you receive the wrong file, please contact us at hello.kindlywired@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We will do our best to help you access the product you purchased.
If there is a technical issue on our side and we are unable to provide access to the product you purchased, we may offer a replacement file or a refund.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law. If you are entitled to a remedy under consumer law, we will provide one as required.
